In the year of 1995 Markus Toivonen had a band: Dark Reflections which played heavy band’s covers/ Megadeth, Pantera, etc./, but Markus wasn’t really satisfied with it.One day he asked the drummer Kimmo Miettinen if he wants to play something else, a kind of heroic folk-metal. Kimmo said yes. Next they asked their friend Sauli Savolainen for bass and the band has formed. And how did Markus find the bandname? He visited Sauli and found a latin dictionary.He opened that and suddenly saw this word what fascinated him...
